Giancarlo grew up outside of Boston and is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management. He has been in the real estate business for over 16 years. Giancarlo founded Core Property Group in 2011 and manages the strategic growth and business development of the firm. Giancarlo was named “one of the top 100 most influential agents in Massachusetts” and is continuously a top producing broker in Boston. “Real estate is my identity. My top priority is my clients’ best interests. Real estate is my passion, as well as my occupation.” Giancarlo’s experience in different market cycles, along with his innate knowledge of lending markets and economics, allows him to be an invaluable resource when guiding his clients in selling or purchasing real estate.
